RIP YARD.com

Ripyard.com is the sickest new website for surf and skate attire! With great prices on brands such as: Roxy, Fox, Ezekiel, and DC - just to name a few - this one stop hot shop has every look men and women are hoping for this blazing summer.
On the night of June 19th, founders Nikki Viamontes and Darren Bailey hosted Rip Yard's official launch party at the Botanical Gardens in Miami Beach. This premiere event went a little bit like this: psychedelic beats by DJ Bad Angle in a hot atmosphere making all the sun kissed folks dance. Cold drinks were gulped to cool down the sizzle as well as bringing strangers together to mingle.
Besides the great vibe, there were bigger and better things in store for the night. Sofia Beschen, the designer of the new swim suit line, Chama Swimwear, debuted her Summer 2010 collection for all Miami eyes to see. Being from Hawaii and married to pro surfer Shane Beschen, her collection is highly influenced with the Pacific Coast style. Bright colors, and sporty, yet chic styling makes her pieces suitable for any chama who wants to feel sexy while soaking up the sun. Chama Swimwear will also be making their collection available for customers on Rip Yard this month.
Being sponsored by the Surf Rider Foundation and primarily created with the passion for surf, Rip Yard had to include some treats for those who rip waves everyday. C-Shapes, a local surf shop on South Beach, raffled an amazing surf board designed with a hot pink and black koi fish. But that was not the only great give-away that night, amongst Roxy handbags and extra miscellaneous goodies, a lovely pair won a 4 day get-away all inclusive luxury vacation to the Turks and Caicos. Making people smile was the mission of this party and ultimately I think they came out victorious. This is the first but definitely not the last time you will hear about Ripyard.com, so don't be a stranger and check out what's in store today!

Peace, Love and Save the Beaches,

Brittny Valdes
