Every other couple of years we see somebody who dares the world to react to their blunt personalities, particular views, and sarcastic words. Not necessarily a job for a 13 year old...or is it? Meet Tavi--the "fashion rookie". She's 13, passionate and very unique. She writes about her wardrobe odysseys and her daily inspiration in life and this little girl steals our hearts with her cuteness. She can now be seen on the cover of POP and almost made it to the cover of LOVE Magazine =) WORK IT GIRL!
