beScene Mag & MOD Media Art Walk @ Segafredos

Before Art Basel took over Miami on December 3rd, beScene took its place by conjuring up art fans from different walks of the world (who were already in town for Miami`s largest art festival) for the magazine’s Official Art Basel Kick-Off Soiree @ Segafredo’s on December 2. The Art Walk, which including art pieces from artists Kourtney, Jess & Dolf, Nicholas & beScene’s own Joey Funk "Optic Blast Studios", was full of unique artwork, exotic people, divine drinks, delicious chow, & sexy sounds by Nick Flash. Drexel and Española’s streets were lit up with these eccentric pieces, which ranged from sculptures to photography, spray-paint work to digital printing, and of course a few canvas works. After complimentary drinks came the exquisite Italian cuisine from the chef’s @ Segafredo’s. I personally recommend the Lasagna but do trust that EVERYTHING on the menu is sure to satisfy your international cravings! The best part of the night was seeing all the artists unite and enjoy each other's work. There’s nothing better than appreciating a fellow artist’s work because in the end all were there for the same purpose—to express themselves through a mutually shared talent. Bravo!
